Answer with explanation:

It is given that, point (x,y) is translated to ,→(x+2,y-4).

Now, we have to find coordinates of vertices of Triangle ABC, after it is translated , 2 unit in horizontally right, and 4 unit vertically down.

A(a_(0),a_(1))\rightarrow A'(a_(0)+2,a_(1)-4)\\\\B(a_(2),a_(3))\rightarrow B'(a_(2)+2,a_(3)-4)\\\\C(a_(4),a_(5))\rightarrow C'(a_(4)+2,a_(5)-4)

(x, y) → (x + 2, y - 4 ) means add 2 to the x- coordinate of the original point and subtract 4 from the y- coordinate of the original to obtain the image

(
a_(0) + 2,
a_(1) - 4 )

(
a_(2) + 2,
a_(3) - 4 )

(
a_(4) + 2,
a_(5) - 4 )
