15x^2 - 16xy + 4y^2

We can convert this trinomial into a quadrinomial, as it currently does not have any shared factors.

After viewing factors of 60 (15 * 4 = 60) we can determine that the numbers -6 and -10 satisfy the criteria.

The trinomial is now:

15x^2 - 6xy - 10xy + 4y^2

Now, we can factor each binomial.

3x(5x - 2y) - 2y(5x - 2y)

Simplify.

(3x - 2y)(5x - 2y) is the fully factored form of the provided polynomial.
