Hey there!

Mass = 640 g

Density = 0.8 g/mL

Volume = ?

Therefore:

D = m / V

0.8 = 640 / V

V = 640 / 0.8

V = 800 mL

hope that helps!

Answer:

The answer is: 0.8 Liters

Step-by-step explanation:

In order to find the volume of the oil, we have to divide the weight of the oil over the density, so we are going to know the volume in mL:

(640 g) / (0.8 g/ml) = 800 mL

Now, if we want the answer in liters, and we know 1 L (liter) is 1000 mL (mililiters), just divide 800 mL over 1000.
