Andy loves taking notes. He started the school year with 45 pages of notes from last year and he plans to take 2 pages of notes during each class he attends this year. When Andy has 125 pages of notes how many classes will he have attended?

You can solve this by doing (125-45) (which equals 80) divided by 2 since he is taking 2 pages of notes everyday and 80 / 2 equals 40. Hope this helps!

125-40=80

80/2 = 40
