Help me please! Lenny has half as many stars in a game as Grace. After a week of Lenny collecting 5 stars a day and Grace collecting 2 stars a day, they now have the same number of stars. Which equation will find g, the number of stars Grace had at the beginning of the week?

`g` number of stars, Then

Lenny will have half as many stars, That is, Lenny will have

`(1)/(2)g` stars.

If Lenny collects 5 stars a day, then she will collect,

`5 * 7=35` stars in a week.

Lenny will now have a total of

`(1)/(2)g + 35` stars.

Similarly,

If Grace collects 2 stars a day, then she will collect,

`2 * 7=14` stars in a week.

Grace will now have a total of

`g + 14` stars.

After this one week Grace and Lenny now have the same number of stars.
