What is the unit rate for the number of tomatoes to the tsp of salt?

Since the equation is y=3x and tomatoes is on the y axis and salt is on the y axis we can see that it takes 1 tomatoe for every 3tsp of salt. The questions asked for for the unit rate so we just flip the equation to 1/3y=x, giving us a 1/3 unit rate.

This is also know as solving for the slope of the y variable.
