Please help with calculations!

I need the columns "% of cells at rest" and "% of cells dividing" filled in. These are the formulas for finding those:
To calculate % of cells at rest: # of cells in interphase + total cells = % of cells at rest
To calculate % of cells dividing (aka Mitotic Index): # of cells in PMAT (propose, metaphase, anaphase, & telophase) + total cells = number of cells divided
Anyone good at math can figure this out, I'm just not a math person.

Please help with calculations! I need the columns "% of cells at rest" and-example-1
