Cocinando means to cook in Spanish.
Sazonando means to season.
Decorando means to decorate.
Sirviendo means to serve.
As it appears, la camarera (the waitress) is sirviendo (serving) la comida (the food).
I'm learning Spanish myself so I really hope this helped out!
