-2/3(2x-1/2) ≤1/5x-1

Simplify the left side:

-4/3x+1/3 ≤1/5x-1

Subtract 1/5x from each side:

-23/15x + 1/3≤-1

Subtract 1/3 from each side:

-23/15x ≤-4/3

Divide both sides by -23/15:

X = -4/3 / -23/15

X ≥ 20/23

Convert to interval notation:

[ 20/23 , ∞)
