False. Here's why: It says that points F and G are contained on the line, not that they are the endpoints of the line. just because points F and G are in the plane, doesn't mean line FG ends at points F and G. The line extends out past points F and G, meaning that even if points F and G are contained in the plane, the entire Line FG MIGHT NOT be inside that plane, so it's false. Hope that helps!
