The relationship between these 2 g and h is that h=gxg but that is not really constant with it, I hope that helps

No I don't believe so, a proportional relation ship would be h= g x 3. So I believe it would be g3=h9 g6=h18 g9=h27. So that when you divide h by 3 it will always equal g. I hope this helped and wasn't too confusing.
