Hardy Weinberg equation
p^2+2pq+q^2=1
p^2 = homozygous Dominant
pq = heterozygous
q^2 = homozygous recessive.
SO YOUR ANSWER IS CLEARLY D. the frequency of the homozygous recessive genotype
