Isolate w by first subtracting 13 from each side, this leaves the equation as

57=3w then divide each side by 3

57/3=19

so w=19

w=19. how to solve is first subtract 13 from both sides so then it'll be 57=3w. next divide 57 by 3 and you will get 19
