Let us assume the total number of people surveyed be = 1500

People who own a dog = 925

People who also own a cat along with dog = 16

So, people who own only dog = 925-16 = 909

A.

The fraction of people who own both a dog and a cat are =
(925)/(1500)

=
(37)/(60)

B.

Number of people who own a dog and not a cat are = 909

In fraction it will be
(909)/(1500)=(303)/(500)
