So for this, I will be factoring by grouping. Firstly, what two terms have a product of 20x² and a sum of 12x? That would be 2x and 10x. Replace 12x with 2x + 10x:

4x^2+2x+10x+5

Next, factor 4x² + 2x and 10x + 5 separately. Make sure that they have the same quantity inside the parentheses:

2x(2x+1)+5(2x+1)

Now you can rewrite the expression as
(2x+5)(2x+1) , which is your final answer.

if you meant that then, you would do this. turn it into 4x^2+10x+2x+4. the factor out the 2x which would be 2x(2x+5)+2x+5 and then factor the 2x+5 which would become (2x+5)x(2x+1)
