scientists said it was too small and labeled it as a dwarf planet and also it didn't fallow the normal orbit Therefore not a planet

Pluto stopped becoming a planet because it's very small. Pluto is smaller than the Moon and Neptune's moon, Triton. It is cold and icy, and brown in color.
