If you use:

Y1-Y2/X1-X2, you will get

-9-5/7-3 which equals -3.5.

Then you would use y=mx+b and plug in the slope into 'm'

y=-3.5x+b

And in order to find 'b' you would want to plug in one of the corrdinates

-9=-10.5+b

And solve the equation:

b=1.5

So the answer is:

y=-3.5x+1.5

Find the slope between these 2 points and then plug the coordinates and the slope into point intercept
