Hey there!!

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2 ( length + breadth )

Width is given by ' w '

Length is given by ' 4w - 3 '

Now, let's plug in the values ...

2 ( 4w - 3 + w ) = perimeter

2 ( 5w - 3 ) = perimeter

10w - 6 = perimeter

And then, w is given by 8 cm

10 ( 8 ) - 6

80 - 6

74 cm

Hence, the perimeter is 74 cm

Hope my answer helps!!

P=2w+2l
w=8
l=4w-3

P=2(8)+2(4(8)-3)
P=16+2(32-3)
P=16+2(29)
P=16+58
P=74

Answer: The perimeter is 74cm

Hope this helps:)
