2^(-3)\cdot 3^(-2)


2^-3=(1)/(2^3)


3^-2=(1)/(3^2)


(1)/(2^3)*(1)/(3^2)


(1*1)/(2^3*3^2)


2^3*3^2=72


=(1)/(72)
