35% of 75000 = 26250

2 fans in a car

So, = 26250/2

= 13125

Total handling space = 5000

13125 - 5000 = 8125

Answer:

8,125

Step-by-step explanation:

Calculate the number of fans, then the number of cars. Then, find the difference in the number of available spots vs number of cars that are coming.

35% of 75,000 fans = 26,250 fans

26250 fans/ 2 fans per car = 13, 125 cars

13,125 cars - 5,000 available spaces = 8,125 cars that won't fit in the lot and will have to park in satellite lots
