Mr gabriel bought 10^2 packages of pens. Each package contains 15 pens. How many pens did he buy?

First you should be able to figure out that,

10 {}^(2) = 10 * 10 = 100


So Mr Gabriel bought 100 packages.

Since each package contains 15 pens,

Total number of pens

= 100 * 15 \: pens

= 1500 \: pens
