well jacob having a low sperm count doesnt count him out. A vas deferen is an issue because that is how sperm is transported but could be treated. If the testes has not descended NO sperm can be produced. The inability to have an erection can strictly be an obesity or other medical issue. Your answer is Troy.

Answer:

C. Leon

Step-by-step explanation:

Male impotence, also known as erectile dysfunction, is the inability and difficulty to have or maintain an erection of the penis that allows intimate contact. Thus, a man may have a problem when this difficulty occurs in at least 50% of attempts to have sexual contact, and what can happen is that the erection is not rigid enough for penetration to occur.

Accordingly, we can conclude that Leon has male impotence as he cannot maintain an erection.
