Given the hypotenuse of a triangle is c, what is the pythagorean theorem

Pythagorean Theorem is
a^(2) +
b^(2) =
c^(2), where:

a and b are the legs

c is the hypotenuse

Add the squares of both a and b, and then square root that result to get c.
