3x+7=3(x-2) Distribute the 3
3x+7=3x-6 Add 6 to both sides
3x+7+6=3x Add the 7 and 6
3x+13=3x Subtract 3x both sides
13=?
I would say no solution but it could also be infinitely many solutions
