Answer:

In the English Language one sentence can mean five different things. To truly understand what a person is saying, Writing or speaking you needs to know the social context. You also need to know who you are talking to. So Depending on where and who you're talking to the level of grammar will vary. I strongly believe that there should be a standard of correctness for speakers and writers. A certain level of grammatical correction is necessary for speakers/writers because its shows there viewpoint and how they feel. With standard corrections your work sounds more.

Speech and language are methods of communicating, of passing on information. My opinion is that as long as people are using language to effectively communicate, then there doesn't need to be any unnecessary rules that impedes that. I hope this was all you're looking for :-) idk if you actually want me to write an essay.
