When a car moves from rest then the initial velocity,

u = 0m {s}^( - 1)

The final velocity,

v = 25m {s}^( - 1)
and time,

t = 30s
Using the equation,

v = u + at
We have,

25 = 0 + a(30)

25 = 30a

(25)/(30) = a

\therefore \: a = (5)/(6) m {s}^( - 2)
