The correct option is D. I mean the last option
The equation of the vertical line is

x=-3

So its inequality is

x<-3

The solid line passes through
(0,-1), (-1,0)

So its inequality is

y≤-x-1

Testing (-4,0) for

x < - 3

- 4 < - 3
We shade to the left.

Testing the origin for

y \leqslant - x - 1
yields

0 < - 1
This is false so we shade the left half plane of the solid line. The intersection of the two region is the region in option D
