Two angles are supplementary. The smaller is half than the larger. What is the smaller angle

Hey there!!

Supplement angle, these angles add up to 180°

Let's take the smaller angle as ' x '

Then, the larger angle would be ' 2x '

Hence,


x + 2x = 180


3x = 180


x = (180)/(3)


x = 60

Hence, the smaller angle is 60°
