1. A model of a famous statue is
2(1)/(2) inches tall that is

(2\cdot 2+1)/(2)=(5)/(2) in.

2. The actual statue is
3(1)/(3) feet tall that is

(3\cdot 3+1)/(3)=(10)/(3)\ ft=(10)/(3)\cdot 12=40\ in.

3. The ratio of the height of the model to the height of the actual statue in simplest form is

((5)/(2))/(40)=(5)/(2)\cdot (1)/(40)=(1)/(16).

Answer:
(1)/(16).
