What is the midpoint of a line segment with the end points (-4,-3) and (7,-5)

Midpoint formula is (
((x₁+x₂)/(2),(y₁+y₂)/(2))

So your equation would be set up as (
((-4+7)/(2),(-3+-5)/(2))

Which reduces down to (
((3)/(2),(-8)/(2))

And your answer after dividing is (1.5,-4)
