Im getting really confused on making decimals back into fractions it takes me way too long going through each answer choice. Is there a easier way?

for ex.
Express 15.56 as a mixed number in lowest terms.
a.) 15 28/45
b.) 15 14/25
c.) 389/25
d.) 469/30

I don't know how to explain it that well, but maybe you could try doing

15
(56)/(100) and simplifying the 56 over 100 to 28 over 50, it would at least make it easier.
