Plz help.......................Evaluate the role of the US in the Spanish-American War. Determine whether or not it was justified to get involved in this conflict. Give your opinion and explain why.

Well first Spain sunk a battleship Maine in Havana harbor which caused the US to get involved and the US's role was to patrol coastal waters to prevent gun running.
