Answer

B. Length = 37, width = 28

Step-by-step explanation

Let the length of the rectangle be x,

width is 9 less. So, width = x - 9

Perimeter of a rectangle = 2(length + width)

2(length + width) = 130

2(x + x - 9) = 130

2(2x - 9) = 130

4x - 18 = 130

4x = 130 + 18

4x = 148

x = 148/4

= 37

Length = 37

Width = 37 - 9 = 28
