20+20+p+p=62

when "p" equals 11 is false. the corect answer would be p=12 to get 64

Answer: No.

Explanation:

The perimeter P of rectangle with length x and width w is given by:-

P=2(x+w)

If width of rectangle is 20 units and length of rectangle is 11 units, then the perimeter of rectangle is given by:-

P=2(11+20)\\\Rightarrow\ P=2(31)\\\Rightarrow\ P=62\\eq64\ units

Hence, it can not possible that if width of rectangle is 20 units the perimeter P of the rectangle be 64 units when its length x is 11 unit
