the top right graph is the graph of the given equation

The equation of a line in ' slope- intercept form ' is

y = mx + c → (mis the slope and c the y-intercept

y =
(2)/(3) x - 2 is in this form

Note if m is positive the line slopes upwards from left to right and if m is negative the line slopes downwards from left to right

here m =
(2)/(3) so line must slope upwards from left to right

That restricts the choice to the 2 graphs on the right

here c = -2 , that is the y-intercept is - 2

Which is the graph on the top right
