The perimeter is 10.3. I think that's already in significant digits, but I'm not sure. We just got finished learning that in chemistry and it confused me to death!

Answer: The perimeter of this triangle is 10.30 inches

Solution:

The sides of a triangle measure 2.24 inches, 3.56 inches, and 4.50 inches:

a=2.24 inches

b=3.56 inches

c=4.50 inches

What is the perimeter of this triangle?

Perimeter of the triangle: P=?

The perimeter of a polygon is the sum of the measurements of the sides. In the case of a triangle (three sides) with side a, b, and c:

P=a+b+c

Replacing the given values:

P=2.24 inches+3.56 inches+4.50 inches

P=10.30 inches
