One sure way to sober up is to
drink water.
drink coffee.
allow time to pass.
exercise.

It would be drinking water. Coffee may take away sleepyness from the alcohol but it doesn't cure it. Time passing will cure it eventually but it doesn't help. Exersize doesn't help. Water does and also battles the dehydration that comes with alcohol.

Allow time to pass.

after a certain amount of time, you will most definitely become sober. the other options may help, but it's not guaranteed.
