yes, 7/2 is greater. If you make these fractions have the same denominator you would be able to tell that 7/2 is greater. If you use the denominator 16, the new fractions would be 56/16 and 20/16. Therefore, 7/2 is greater than 10/8

yes because 2 goes into 7 more times than 8 goes into 10
