What procedure would you use to find 2/3 / 7/9

a. Multiply the first fraction by the reciprocal of the second fraction.

d. Multiply by the greatest common factor of 3 and 9.

Explanation:

Alrighty.

So we have

2/3 ÷ 7/9

We are going to find the reciprocal (by flipping the numerator and denominator) of the second fraction. Sooo..... 7/9 would actually be 9/7

so now we're doing:

2x9 ÷ 3x7 = 18/21 which can simplify too!

So the Final Awnser is: 6/7
