Whilst the health related fitness, have five components of health related fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, composition. The health related components help to control weight, lower sugar and cholesterol levels, boosts the immune system. Therefore, the components of health-related fitness are more important.
