You are correct the answer is 10/9 as an improper fraction or 1 1/9

Starting off you first simplify the (2/3) ^2 which is 4/9

After that simplify 36/81 which is 4/9 and then calculate the square root of 4/9 which is 2/3

Therefore the problem is now 4/9 + 2/3 which is 10/9

Other forms for 10/9 are: 1 1/9 or 1.1..
