I think you got it right to keep it in a fraction form
So,
(1,-29/3) (2,-34/3) (3,-13) (4,-44/3)
I hope I answered it right
I substituted (1,2,3,4) in the equation as x
So,
-5/3(1)-8=-29/4
-5/3(2)-8=-34/3 and so on with 3 and 4
