4m - 2 < 2 or 6m + 2 ≥ 6

Step 1: Isolate the variable constant.

4m < 2 + 2 or 6m ≥ 6 - 2

Step 2: Simplify it.

4m <4 or 6m ≥4

Step 3: Solve for "m"

m < 4/4 or m ≥ 4/6

m < 1 or m ≥2/3

That is the solution.
