Just did the test.

Answer is "An egg cooking".

I thought it was a candle burning because it keeps going until the light goes out but was wrong :( lol.

Hope this helps!

Answer : The correct option is, An egg cooking

Explanation :

  • Endothermic reaction : It is a type of chemical reaction in which the energy is absorbed from the surrounding.
  • Exothermic reaction : It is a type of chemical reaction in which the energy is released into the surrounding.

Water freezing : It is an exothermic process. In this process, the heat is released when the phase changes from the liquid state to solid state.

An egg cooking : It is an endothermic process. In this process, the heat is absorbed when the phase changes from the solid state to liquid state.

A candle burning : It is an exothermic process because the more amount of heat is released when candle burns.

Iron rusting : It is an exothermic process because heat is released during the iron rusting process.

Hence, an egg cooking is an endothermic reaction.
