answer: d. y = 4/5 (i think you didn't put the x)

Step-by-step explanation: slope is rise over run. so, if you start a 0, which is the y-intercept, and go up 4 units and 5 units right. and do till' you hit the end of the graph.

then to start at 0 again, then go down 4 units and 5 units left, to make the slope of this line.
