Not sure if you had answer choices, but, some ways people can manage their weight in a healthy manner is working out at their own pace. Another way is not eating so much at once. Consuming too much food at once can make you sick. They can also set goals with eating or working out. I hope this kind of helped.

Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.

Drink water a half hour before meals.
