The answer is 39, How I got my answer.

I multiplied 13×3=39 the reason I done this is because there is 13 out of 20 since its on a street of 60 then 20×3=60, it was at that point I realised just multiply 13×3=39.

I hope this helps.

Fun fact. that means 21 houses are without a P.C. Which means 35% of houses are without a P.C. and the other 65% have a P.C.
