PLEASE help me!!

Ok so I've had some trouble understanding independent variable, dependent variable, constants, and controls. I'm doing something about mass and weigh (in Newton's) and you can choose different planets to see how the planets gravity affects it's mass/weight. The objects are on the little white bar on the bottom. PLEASE HELP MEEE!!! I NEED TO KNOW WHAT EACH VARIABLE IS AND THE CONSTANT/CONTROL.

PLEASE help me!! Ok so I've had some trouble understanding independent variable, dependent-example-1

The IV is what you change, the DV depends on the experiment, the constant is the things that stay the same such as the type of scale, the Control group just shows the process without causing change and used to check others.

I don't know what you are doing other than that as well.
