The most rides Daniel can go on is 14. This is because he starts off with 25 and has to spend 4 of it to get in. That leaves him with 21. Then each ride costs 1.50 so take 21 and divide by 1.50 and you get 14.

= $21 for rides

21/1.5
= 14

He can go on 14 rides max.
