2: feds- wanted a stronger central government
Anti feds- wanted stronger state governments, they were afraid of too much centralized power because of the monarchy they had just overthrown
3: not exactly sure, but I know they needed 9 of 13 states to ratify, and the federalists got the anti-feds on board by adding the bill of rights
4: gives them enumerated rights, states that the govt can’t impose on any rights listed in the bill of rights or any other rights not listed (according to the 9 amendment)
5: I’m not exactly sure but pretty much legislative creates and ratifies laws, the executive branch can propose and veto laws and treaties, and the judicial can interpret the constitution
